How to Request Data Deletion
If you wish to delete your data from CreatorBridge, you can do so by following these steps:
- Disconnect your social media accounts from within the CreatorBridge app
- Send an email to support@creatorbridge.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
- Include your account email address or username in the request
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon receiving your request, we will delete all data associated with your account, including:
- Authentication tokens and credentials
- Account connection information
- Publishing history and logs
- Any cached profile information
Timeline
Data deletion requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been fully removed.
