By using CreatorBridgeX ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CreatorBridgeX is a desktop content management application that allows content creators to schedule, manage, and publish their original video content to social media platforms including Facebook and TikTok.

3. User Responsibilities

By using CreatorBridgeX, you agree that:

You own or have the rights to all content you publish through the App
You will comply with the terms of service of each connected platform (Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
You will not use the App to publish content that violates any applicable laws or platform guidelines
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You will accurately disclose AI-generated or synthetic content when required by platform policies

4. Account Connections

CreatorBridgeX connects to third-party social media platforms using OAuth authentication. By connecting your accounts, you authorize CreatorBridgeX to perform actions on your behalf, including publishing content and retrieving account information. You may revoke this authorization at any time.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create and publish through CreatorBridgeX. We do not claim any rights to your content.

6. Limitation of Liability

CreatorBridgeX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

Content moderation decisions made by third-party platforms
Account suspensions or restrictions imposed by connected platforms
Data loss resulting from platform API changes or outages
Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App

7. Platform Compliance

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with the community guidelines and terms of service of each platform they publish to. CreatorBridgeX does not review or moderate content before publication.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to CreatorBridgeX at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
